  When I started to look for a Homeloan, I knew it would not be an easy task.
I discussed my situation with some banks but didn`t find what I was looking for.
That was all true untill I met the local 123loans broker.
As I found out very quickly,getting a loan is one thing and getting the best loan for you is diffrent.
123Loans helped us get the best loan for us.They told me which bank have the loan that suits us,and which bank will not approved our loan.
After the loan was settled,I must say that 123loans save me so much time and money. i can now buy my dream car without worries.

 My wife and I were marketing three townhouses in Byron Shire. We needed to re finance our farm mortgage to pay off a high interest one year loan. We were handicapped at the time since our business activity was designed to gain permanent residency and our visa was expiring in 7 months! Other brokers dealt with a list of high interest low doc loan companies and none of them would do business with us in our position.
123Loans broker was consulted and managed in his diligent, honest and determined manner, to gain successful refinance from Colonial Bank, or CBA. He negotiated through each and every obstacle, never giving in to defeat. We needed to have our property valued twice to reach the realistic value for the loan, and he was steadfast and persistent the entire process.
His qualities of professionalism without pride, his straight forward position and clarity I found so impressive. He carries a sense of empathy and is very positive. If you are looking to invest in property, he is quite clear about the realism of the business venture, and will not enter a loan deal unless he sees it as fully beneficial.
We have given numerous referrals to others to work with 123loans , and I will continue whenever I can assist a friend. 123Loans were genuine and effective in all ways.
